Opened in June 2022, our modern, purpose-built Early Years Learning and Child Care Centre is thoughtfully designed to inspire young minds. Conveniently located within Abbotsbury Shopping Centre, directly across from Stockdale Park, our vibrant 79-place centre provides a warm, nurturing environment for children aged 0–5 years.
With extended hours to support busy families, we provide a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to explore, discover, and flourish through play-based learning and meaningful relationships with our dedicated educators.

Whether it’s your child’s first day or a new step in their early learning journey, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Like many parents, finding a nurturing and trustworthy environment for our little one has been a journey. I cannot be more happier with bright minds academy ! My daughter loved coming to preschool and learning from her favourite educators Miss Annelise and Miss Hoda! My son wakes up every morning excited to see all his educators and friends, he’s developed so well socially and I’m very impressed with his educational growth. Miss Angelina is a fantastic director ! Always happy and quick to help with anything and you can see it just comes naturally to her. Honestly the most professional and warm welcoming centre and all educators are fantastic!

I can’t recommend Bright Minds Academy Abbotsbury enough. The facility itself is spectacular. It is clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are beautiful. So kind, caring and professional. The entire Bright Minds community is genuinely considerate and supportive of each other.

I have to mention in particular the exceptionally efficient and empathetic manager Angie, whom is extremely organised and passionate in her role. Room educators JoJo and Marina are very patient and welcoming.

Our Early Learning Programs

Our programs are tailored across age groups to support cognitive, social and emotional development:

Little Learners (6 weeks – 1 years): Caring, safe spaces where children thrive through comforting routines and hands-on sensory play.
Curious Creators (1 – 2 years): Gentle care grounded in routine, enriched by sensory discovery.
Dazzling Discoverers (2 – 3 years): Emerging independence, motor skills and communication skills.
Eager Explorers (3 – 4 years): Preparing young learners for school through engaging activities that build skills in literacy, numeracy and problem-solving.
Amazing Adventurers (3 – 5 years): A comprehensive school readiness program designed to build confidence in literacy, numeracy and critical thinking for a smooth transition to school.

We embed the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and regularly observe, document and plan experiences that reflect each child’s interests and strengths.

We provided fresh nutritious meals, which are cooked on site daily by our qualified Chef. Our Menu is developed in collaboration with Munch and Move to meet the nutritional needs of your child.
