Located in a modern, purpose-built facility on MacMahon Place, Bright Minds Academy Menai offers a warm, nurturing space for children aged 0–5 years. Our 104-place centre is part of a vibrant complex that also includes a gym and café, and is just a short stroll from Menai Shopping Centre, making it a convenient choice for busy families.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm, we provide extended hours to support your daily routine while delivering the highest quality early learning and care in a safe, engaging environment.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Minds Academy for 4 years. From the moment she began, to each year she has progressed through each of the rooms, we have felt secure knowing that she was being well cared for and educated. Each of her educators, have always taken the time to get to know her, her interests and where she is at developmentally and then harnessed these in furthering her development. We have felt very lucky to have been part of such a beautiful childcare where they have looked after her so well 💜. Bright Minds Academy Menai is an exceptional daycare centre with the most caring, enthusiastic and devoted staff members imaginable. Led by their incredible centre manager, Cassandra Prince, the staff provide an abundance of hands on and engaging learning opportunities for the children in their care. Parents and carers are valued members of the Bright Minds community and are regularly invited to share suggestions and feedback with the service, as well as attend special celebrations.

My son has been attending Bright Minds for 3 and a half years and my daughter for just over a year. My daughter has a serious medical condition and I have been absolutely blown away by the support we have been shown from Bright Minds Academy Menai. All of the staff members know my daughter (and my son) by name, they are familiar with her medical needs, and I feel completely at ease leaving her in their capable hands.
Recently, the staff raised $7000 for HeartKids Australia, in honour of our beautiful girl and the health challenges she faces.

Bright Minds Academy is more than just a daycare service. It is a community of passionate, caring, personable and professional educators, who have a shared love of the children and families in their care.

I highly recommend Bright Minds Academy Menai. After previous experiences of child care in this area, this centre is an absolute stand out! The staff are so professional, friendly and nurturing. My child’s growth and development has done so with the encouragement of his educators. They are proactive with the daily communication and photos, showing how hands on they are with educating the children wth the fundamentals, and beyond. I haven’t had one issue to date and there has been no turn over of staff within my child’s dedicated room since commencing 9 months ago (blessed!). About our Menai Child Care Centre...

Our beautifully designed indoor and outdoor learning spaces invite children to explore, create, and grow at their own pace, supported by caring educators and a play-based curriculum that encourages curiosity, confidence and independence.

At Bright Minds Academy Menai, we use a play-based approach to foster your child’s learning and development. Inquiry based learning is the foundations of our programs to foster your child’s curiosity and learning through problem solving, experimentation, hypothesising, researching and investigating.

Our service has a dedicated Transition to School Program which is delivered by an experienced Bachelor trained Early Childhood Teacher. Our program is developed in consultation with local Primary Schools using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Stage 1 syllabus. We have a Primary Trained Teacher on site daily to mentor and facilitate the delivery of the program. The program focuses on building resilience, enquiry, problem solving skills and early academic skills such as literacy and STEM (Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics).

We provided fresh nutritious meals, which are cooked on site daily by our qualified Chef. Our Menu is developed in collaboration with Munch and Move to meet the nutritional needs of your child.
